Our multi-step Quality Procedure is aimed at effective measurement of training and development of individuals and groups within an organisation.
The first step is to evaluate and assess the starting level of individuals by completion of the ICG Assessment Test.
After completion of the test an ICG Consultant will conduct a personal interview with the individual to establish communications skill level, needs and goals (the level and specific skills areas to be reached).
THE LANGUAGE CONTRACT
The Language Development Plan (Language Contract) is one of the most important phases within the Quality Procedure. This is the tool that sets the goals and target levels and the time and commitment required by the individual participant and ICG. This document is of course of great assistance to the organisation purchasing the education as a training agreement.
All our programmes are acutely customer focused. We endeavour at all times to synchronise the goals of the individual and the organisation with the design of all our programmes. During and at the end of each programme or programme phase we measure the performance of each individual.
At the successful completion of every programme participants are issued with a certificate of successful completion detailing programme, contents, period and location.
At the completion of each programme every participant is appraised and issued with an appraisal form. This details level reached in language skill areas as well as level and performance in professional specific skills.
THE FEEDBACK ICG will conclude every programme with professional managerial feedback to every purchasing
organisation detailing levels reached and individual performance to ensure that it can measure the
programme benefit versus cost.
